Iberoamerica
The Ibero-American Fintech Alliance is a non-profit corporation that brings together Fintech chambers and associations from Ibero-America to promote the development of the financial technology ecosystem in the region. Its objective is to strengthen the industry through collaboration between its members, promote favorable regulations, develop research, stimulate financial inclusion and promote ethical and professional standards.
The formation of a collaboration platform, the Ibero-American FinTech Alliance, is agreed.
2017
Argentina was elected president. The publication "FinTech in Ibero-America" was launched.
2022
El Salvador is elected president.
2024
2015
Driven by the conviction of transforming the financial industry through innovation, technology and business development, different people in Latin America and Spain led the formation of associations in the region.
2021
It was created as a foundation in Chile. The presidency fell to FinteChile.
2023
Peru is elected to the presidency. Corporate governance and partnership with public and private sector actors are strengthened. Four Executive Committees were created: Finance, Special Projects, Women FinTech and Events/PR.

The Board of Directors of the Ibero-American Fintech Alliance leads the strengthening of the fintech ecosystem in the region, promoting financial inclusion, innovation and collaboration with high ethical standards. It actively works to promote the sustainable development of the industry for the benefit of society.
